Food and Wine Pairing Parties

Whether it's a reason to get together, a bachelorette party or any other event that you want to be "different", a fun and experimental evening of food and wine pairing is always a great time. I learn about wines and suggested recommendations for food to be served with them and come up with a menu of 4 pairings. We taste the wine, then the food and then the wine again and discuss our thoughts about how the pair works together, whether we preferred the wine before or after the food, etc. There are no wrong answers, just lots of laughs!!!
